"Exceptional"
Great location, less than 3 miles to Universal Studios, a market & quick bite places 1/2 a block away, we felt safe, the people at the desk were nice & helpful, the mini-fridge was actually cold. We were very pleased & the best part was we had 2 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms which was perfect for a family vacation.

The room was located in the front of a major road. I didn't sleep well as it was way too loud. There was also marijuana smell in the rooms. The sofas in the room were used and old.

This was the second time I stayed at this hotel. I feel like Hollywood is a good location for tourists, as it is close to most of the popular attractions in Los Angeles. The room was spacious, and the bathroom was clean.
